This page outlines the full process of working with us on your graphics, website or app designs. Graphic designs normally take around 2 weeks to complete, websites take around 4 weeks. App designs are discussed and quoted individually.

		Quote The first step in starting your new website, graphic or app design is to obtain a quote for your project. You can click here to request a Quick Quote and get your quote in an hour, or fill in a general enquiry form.
		Deposit Once we have quoted for your project and we have discussed and approved the quote and schedules with you, we will invoice you for the deposit amount. Graphic designs are paid in full up front. Website projects require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance on completion. App designs are discussed and quoted individually.
		Create Now the creative part! We will create your graphic design or put together website template based on your instructions and requirements. For both graphic designs and websites, we will send you several designs, usually around 6, for you to consider. This process takes around 7-10 days.
		Discuss and Refine After you have reviewed the designs, we will work with you to narrow down the choices and make any changes that you want. At the end of this stage you will have a final graphic design or an approved website layout design. We will always stay with this stage of the process until you are 100% happy with the end result.
		Build For website designs we now take the approved layout and turn this into a full website structure and work with you to build up the site and add in all your content. This process usually takes around 1-2 weeks.
		Launch As we work on your site, you will be given temporary access to view the work before the site goes "live". When the site is ready to go and you are happy with everything, we will invoice you for the remaining balance on your account and we can then proceed to launch your new site.
		Support We're not finished yet! We dont just vanish after your site is launched - we remain on hand and ready to help and support you throughout the early days of your site, and as long as you need us. There are normally little updates and things that you only notice as people start to use and interact with your site. Most minor updates are done the same day and are normally free of charge!
